Aims & Objectives

SSDCC prides itself in providing extensive coaching by a quality panel of coaching staff. Whether you are new to the game or a seasoned professional, the fully accredited training staff at South Sydney will commit themselves to assist you in any way they can.

The 2008/09 coaching panel is led by Adam Harris who has extensive playing and coaching credentials. He is assisted ex-Randwick First Grader Grant Parmenter who, in combination with Junior Development Officer Shane Pargeter, have a wealth of experience in all facets of the game.

The Coaching panel works tirelessly to ensure the club is always focussed on its performance objectives, that being:

The Club recognises the necessity of a coaching panel in order to provide quality coaching & training sessions. By providing a number of people with different & overlapping skills it is able to competently address all players needs and provide junior development of the highest quality. The number of coaches & the division of their roles enable SSDCC to provide excellent coaching and development programs.
